Ghost Grey Wild Held Items: Which Pokémon Carry What

Ghost Grey's wild Pokémon all carry something, and this page is the full list: 36 items held across 65 species, straight out of the ROM's own held-item table.

Two things about the labels. Common and Rare are the game's own two item slots -- a species marked both can roll either, and a species whose only entry is rare is where the interesting drops hide. And because one item can be held by several species, the table is organised item-first: if you are hunting a specific item, this is the fastest way to find out who is carrying it and which slot it comes from.

What this guide does not claim

It does not give drop percentages. The table tells you which slot an item sits in, not the odds of that slot firing, so treat common and rare as ordering, not as a rate. It also leaves out items that only exist as overworld pickups -- those live on the key items guide and the TM and HM page.
