If you need help beyond what's here, I strongly recommend joining the Polished Crystal Discord. The community there is genuinely helpful and knows way more than I do about most things. It's where I got started! A lot of questions have already been asked and answered, so the search function is your friend.

For context, Polished Crystal builds on the original Pokémon Crystal with modern additions like the Physical/Special split, abilities, natures, and Fairy type - all while keeping the balance and feel of Gen II intact. These guides try to document those systems clearly, covering everything from core mechanics to breeding and team building.

I've tried to keep things practical and straightforward. You'll find explanations, reference tables, and examples meant to help you understand your options and make decisions that fit how you want to play - not some "optimal" way that I think is correct.
