Look for Gligar common in Route 45 in the night, in Route 44 (uncommon) in the night, and in Rugged Road South (rare) in the night, among one other area. Gligar can also appear in hidden grottos in Route 45 and Route 44. Wild ones range from level 24 to 36, unless in a badge-dependent area.
