Articuno
Known as Articuno, this Pokémon fires beams that can immobilize opponents as if they had been frozen solid.
Articuno is in Seafoam Islands B4F. You'll need to do some Strength puzzles to reach it. Make sure to bring something that can status it without killing since Ice/Flying means a lot of weaknesses.
Defensively its actually pretty solid despite the typing. High Special Defense means it can take hits from that side. Ice Beam is your main STAB, Blizzard if you need a bit more power. Roost keeps you healthy! The rock weakness is a bit rough though.
Remember, every Legendary will have 3 perfect IVs when caught.
Raises the foe's PP usage.
Summons hailstorm when switched in.
Boosts evasion in hailstorms.
