Qwilfish is a Water/Poison type thats strong on its own but the Hisuan verison is even stronger. When it has Intimidate as its hidden ability, which helps counter its lower defense stat. Only the Hisuian version evolves into Overqwil, which is a strong poison/dark type match up. Both forms have the same ability options and stats.
