How to Obtain

Miltank appears in Route 47 (uncommon), and in Route 38 (rare) in the morning and day-time, among one other area. Miltank can also be found in a hidden grotto in Route 35 Coast. Wild ones range from level 13 to 15, unless in a badge-dependent area.
