You can catch Exeggcute in Lake Of Rage while headbutting trees (uncommon), and in Route 26 while headbutting trees (uncommon), among 17 other areas. Exeggcute can also be found in a hidden grotto in Cherrygrove Bay. Wild ones range from level 10 to 55, unless in a badge-dependent area.
