Pokédex Entry

Time Travel Pokémon

Revered as a guardian of the forest, Celebi appears wherever beautiful forests exist. Celebi shows up at the Ilex Forest shrine at Level 30. You need the GS Ball, so check out the guide to learn more to prevent too many spoilers here. Grass/Fairy is a typing with a lot of weaknesses, but Celebi makes it work! Natural Cure heals status when you switch out which is huge. Giga Drain plus Recover keeps you alive, Dazzling Gleam for STAB, aaaand then whatever coverage you need! Nasty Plot if you want to sweep. Its not as immediately powerful as the other legendaries but its way more flexible. Also, its banned from Battle Tower. Remember, every Legendary will have 3 perfect IVs when caught.
