End-Game Physical
End-GameIs a physical Pidgeot possible? Sure; STAB Brave Bird and Double-Edge are staggeringly strong attacks, and Pidgeot's base Attack is still certifiably okay-ish. Just give Pidgeot a Shell Bell to mitigate some of the recoil damage it's receiving so its brain doesn't become mush too soon in the battle. Alternatively, give it a Life Orb and turn that brain to pudding. I don't know how useful this would actually be on a team trying to fight Silver, but that's for you to discover and tell me about.

Special Attacker
End-GameMid to late game, pretty much go Special with Pidgeot, dude has a higher Sp atk than attack, BB is there for filler and you are just mimicing his mega form's playstyle. Normal moves aren't that great honestly for special sets
