Hoothoot can be found very common in Lake Of Rage while headbutting trees, very common in Route 26 while headbutting trees, and very common in Route 27 while headbutting trees, among 21 other areas. Wild ones range from level two to 20, unless in a badge-dependent area. During swarms, you can also find it in Route 35.
