Ghost Grey Elite Four: Members, Teams, and Levels
Ghost Grey files six trainers under the "Elite Four" class. Five are based at Indigo Plateau and run Lv 59 to 70. The sixth, Domino, carries the same class but fights on Route 25, out in post-game territory -- and at Lv 68 to 77 is the highest-levelled trainer in the game outside the endgame fights.

The awkward bits
- A full playthrough meets four Elite Four fights before the Champion, not five, which is why the phrase "the Elite Four" gets used loosely on this game.
- Agatha is also down in the Fuji Catacombs, in the main game, talking about death and life as two sides of the same coin. Treat her League appearance as one of several.
- Domino is classed Elite Four but based on Route 25, so meeting the class and meeting the League are two different things in this game.
- Every team below is stored in the ROM's trainer table with the levels shown. Movesets are as assigned; where a Pokémon has no custom moves, the game fills them from that species' level-up learnset.
The Champion, and what comes after
The League Champion is Grey, whose team runs Lv 69 to 75 and swaps its last slot for your starter's final form. That fight, and the two Lv 95-99 "This is it..." fights at the Heart of the World, are on the champion battles page rather than here.
Worth knowing before you plan: the ROM stores two Champion-classed trainers at the Pokémon League, each with three starter-matched variants -- Grey (Lv 69-75) and TERRY (Lv 72-75). A full playthrough meets Grey, and we have not established what triggers Terry, so treat that as an unresolved branch rather than a missing fight. Terry's three teams lead with a Bakemon and run a Spinarak, a Ghost, a Honedge, an Exeggutor or Typhlosion, and your starter's final form at Lv 75.
Post-game boss classes
Two trainers carry a class of their own, Transcended -- Agatha in the Fuji Catacombs (Lv 78-85) and Sabrina in Cerulean Cave (Lv 75-85). This is how the game tags its post-game boss fights, and it is the class to look for if you are hunting everything above the League's level band.
What this guide does not claim
It does not give you an intended order for the five League trainers, because the ROM does not label one -- the class is a property of the trainer, not of a sequence. It also does not cover the post-game rematches in detail.
