Shuckle appears in Burned Tower B1F while Rock Smash (rare), in Cianwood City while Rock Smash (rare), and in Dark Cave Violet Entrance while Rock Smash (rare), among 11 other areas. Expect to find it at level 15. You can also receive one as a gift in Manias House at level 25.
