Burned Tower

Located in Johto

Burned Tower is in the north western corner of Ecruteak City. It is of course, a burned down tower. You will see your Rival here and some other essential plot elements, like seeing Suicune. I won't go into too much detail beyond that.

Magby is found here and this is one of the only locations that it is in - so if you're a completionist you'll want to spend a few minutes trying to find one.
