Hustle

Hustle is an ability in Polished Crystal that increases the user's Attack stat by 50%, but lowers the accuracy of its physical moves by 20%. OHKO and special attack moves are not affected by Hustle's accuracy drop nor does it increase special attack.

You can find Hustle on 14 Pokémon in Polished Crystal, and honestly I always find it on my Togepi unless I soft-reset.

If your lead Pokémon has Hustle, wild Pokémon will then have a 50% chance to be at least one level higher!
