King's Rock

King's Rock gives you attacks an additional 10% chance to flinch the opponent, IF you move first. It stacks nicely with multi-hit moves since each hit has a chance to flinch. Beyond that, it's also used to evolve Poliwhirl into Politoed or Slowpoke into Slowking when leveled up while holding it.

I'll be honest, the flinch rate isn't super reliable for competitive play, but the evolution use makes this item pretty valuable. Wild Poliwhirl and Slowpoke have a chance to hold one if you're looking to farm.
