Petaya Berry is the special attack version of pinch berries, boosting Sp.Atk by one stage when your HP falls below 25%. It's the Liechi Berry equivalent for special attackers.
This pairs well with Substitute since you can deliberately drop your HP while protected. Special sweepers that expect to take a hit or two can activate this for a free boost to help clean up. Consumed after use.
