Evolves certain kinds of Pokémon.

Fire Stone evolves Vulpix into Ninetales, Growlithe into Arcanine, and Eevee into Flareon! Like all stone evolutions, it happens immediately - so make sure you've learned any level-up moves you want first.

You can buy these at the Department Stores, and Alan on Route 36 will call you when he finds one.
