Sturdy

Sturdy is an ability that prevents a Pokémon from being knocked out in one hit when it has full HP. This means that if a Pokémon with Sturdy is at full health and is hit by a move that would normally knock it out, it will instead survive with 1 HP remaining. This ability can be particularly useful for avoiding one-hit KO moves and giving the Pokémon a chance to retaliate or heal itself.
