Summons sandstorm when switched in.
Sand Stream is an ability that summons a Sandstorm when the Pokémon enters battle. This weather condition lasts for five turns (or eight turns if the Pokémon holds a Smooth Rock).
During a Sandstorm, all Pokémon on the field take damage at the end of each turn, except for Rock-, Ground-, and Steel-type Pokémon, which are immune to the damage. Additionally, certain abilities and moves may interact with Sandstorm in unique ways.
