Magnet Pullin Pokémon Polished Crystal

Magnet Pull is an ability that prevents Steel-type Pokémon from escaping or switching out of battle when the Pokémon with this ability is on the field. This means that if a Steel-type Pokémon is facing a Pokémon with Magnet Pull, it will be unable to switch out or flee the battle. In Polished Crystal, Magnet Pull is only found on the electric types. When your lead Pokémon has the ability Magnet Pull, wild Pokémon have a 50% chance to be Steel type... if available on that route, that is!
