Download increases the user's Attack or Special Attack by one stage when the Pokémon enters battle. The stat raised depends on the opponent's defenses: if the opponent's Defense is lower than their Special Defense, Attack is raised. Otherwise, Special Attack is raised.
You can only find this ability on the Porygon line as its secondary ability!
