Berserkin Pokémon Polished Crystal

Berserk raises the user's Special Attack by one stage when the user is hit by an attack that reduces its HP to half or less. You can only find this ability on Galarian Moltres who is guarenteed to have it. Berserk only triggers once per drop from above 50% to 50% or below, and activates after Enigma Berry but before other healing items.
