Rocky Helmet punishes physical attackers by dealing 1/6th of their max HP back to them whenever they make contact with you. This adds up really fast against multi-hit moves like Double Kick orrrr Pokémon that rely on contact attacks.
Anyways, this item is perfect for bulky Pokémon that expect to take physical hits anyway. It pairs especially well with abilities like Rough Skin for even more damage to chip away with. I'll be honest, there's something satisfying about watching a U-turn user take a chunk of damage just for pivoting into you.
