Quick Powder is a Ditto-exclusive item that doubles its Speed stat. Like Metal Powder, this only affects Ditto before it transforms.
The idea is that faster Ditto can transform first, but in practice, Ditto battles usually come down to who moves first anyway. Wild Ditto can hold this item if you're trying to collect everything, but it's not particularly useful.
