Quick Claw will give you an additional 20% chance to move first no matter the Speed. When it activates, you can outspeed anything, but it's unreliable since it only works one in the five times on average.

This item is a bit of a gamble. It's most useful on slow Pokémon that desperately need to move first occasionally, like Trick Room setters or slow sweepers trying to get one hit off before being KO'd. I'll be honest, the randomness makes it frustrating, but the moments when it does activate feel great!
