Copies foe's stat boost once.
Mirror Herb copies the first stat boost your opponent uses and applies it to your Pokémon, then the item is consumed. This can turn setup sweepers against themselves by stealing their boost.
In battle, this is situational but satisfying when it works. The more interesting use is in breeding, where Mirror Herb can help copy egg moves from another Pokémon!
