Powers up moves with HP. (Hold)
Life Orb kinda feels like the opposite of Leftovers in a way. Life Orb will boost your damage by 30%... but you lose 10% of your max HP every time you hit. I'm not a huge fan of this, but theres a lot of strat behind it.
Anyways, this item works best on Pokémon that hit hard and want to secure KOs without being locked into one move like the Choice items do. If your Pokémon already has some way to recover HP or you're planning to just hit hard and then faint anyway, well Life Orb is a solid pick.
