Foes of any type can be poisoned.
Corrosion is an ability in Polished Crystal that allows the user to poison any Pokémon, regardless of its type. This includes Steel-type and Poison-type Pokémon, which are normally immune to being poisoned. Super useful! You would still need to use a move that inflicts poison, such as Toxic or Poison Jab, but with Corrosion, you can now poison those types that were previously immune!
You can only find this ability as a hidden ability on Alolan Grimer and Alolan Muk in Polished Crystal.
