Competitive

Competitive is an ability that will boost the user's Special Attack by two stages when any of its stats are lowered by an opponent's move.

This ability is guarenteed to show on Galarian Articuno in Polished Crystal. Otherwise, it can be found on the Jiggypuff evolution line as a secondary ability. Being paired with fairy type (if using the polished build) will be beneficial - looking at you Moonblast and Disarm(ing) Voice!
