Pick two Pokémon to see whether they share an egg group and can produce an egg together, using Soulgold's own breeding compatibility data rather than a general-generation guess.

Breeding notes specific to this hack

• Baby Pokémon need incense. Breed the relevant parent while holding the right incense, as in the official games.
• Egg shininess is visible early. An egg shows blue dots when it will hatch shiny, and shiny odds here are 1/256 with no locks anywhere in the game.
• Evolution does not cost you moves. Evolved forms learn everything their pre-evolution does, so holding off an evolution for a moveset is never necessary.
