Heart & Soul Evolution Items & Locations

Evolution items in Heart & Soul

Heart & Soul has a large set of item-method evolutions. This guide highlights source-backed item-to-evolution pairs and only names acquisition routes that the current item data records. For form-specific or time-specific requirements, use the relevant Pokémon page and the Evolution index.

The Mahogany Town Shop

The Mahogany Town Shop is the clearest repeatable evolution-item source in the current data. Its listed evolution items include Dawn Stone, Dusk Stone, Ice Stone, Shiny Stone, King’s Rock, Metal Coat, Dragon Scale, Up-Grade, Dubious Disc, Electirizer, Magmarizer, Protector, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, Reaper Cloth, and Oval Stone.

Other verified routes

• Water Stone is hidden in Seafoam Islands B1F and Seafoam Islands B4F.
• Thunder Stone is hidden at the Power Plant and is a gift in Vermilion City Gym.
• Leaf Stone is hidden in Viridian Forest.
• Moon Stone can be purchased at the Mt. Moon Shop or found on Mt. Moon B2F.
• Deep Sea Scale and Deep Sea Tooth are hidden on Route 20, for Clamperl’s Gorebyss and Huntail routes.

Before using an item

An item page with no listed location is not proof that the item is unobtainable. It only means the current location data does not emit a normal acquisition route. Check the linked item and Pokémon pages before planning around an unlisted source.
