Breeding Basics
Breeding Bridges
Pokémon in multiple egg groups act as "bridges" for transferring egg moves between groups. In Pokémon Orange, Bulbasaur belongs to both the Monster and Grass groups, allowing egg moves to transfer between them.
Special Cases
- Ditto can breed with any Pokémon except those that cannot breed at all
- Undiscovered Pokémon (babies, legendaries) cannot breed at all
- Genderless Pokémon can only breed with Ditto
