Emerald Legacy In-Game Trades: All 19 Trades and What You Get
There are 19 in-game trades in Emerald Legacy, and unlike most ROM hacks' trades these are worth doing for a reason that has nothing to do with the species: every single one arrives with 31 DVs across the board -- perfect IVs -- plus a fixed nature and a Poké Ball origin. On a ROM with no breeding shortcuts, that's a free competitively-viable Pokemon for the price of a Route 110 catch.
The catch is that all 19 are locked to a Hardy nature, so you can't trade your way into a specific nature. You take the perfect IVs and live with the neutral nature.

How to read that table
- The Frontier trades are the interesting ones. Three of the trades sit inside the Battle Frontier, and they're the ones people ask about by name -- the Skitty-for-Meowth trade in the Frontier is the classic one.
- Several trades hold an item -- 6 of the 19 -- including Chesto Berries and the Mail items, which are otherwise awkward to get.
- Species you can't catch yet are the best value. If the "you get" column is something that doesn't spawn until later, the trade effectively pulls it forward.
- Perfect IVs matter most on the ones you'll actually battle with. A traded Bagon with 31s beats a wild one with junk DVs every time, whatever the nature says.
Where this page stops
The data records the trade contents, not the conditions attached to them -- so it does not say whether any of these are repeatable or whether they're gated behind story progress. Treat the Frontier-located trades as late-game by default.
Where these numbers come from: Emerald Legacy's extracted in-game trade data -- all 19 trades with their NPCs, locations, species, nicknames, held items and DVs.
