Pickup Ability and Item Table

Every item a Pokémon with the Pickup ability can find, and the level ranges each one appears in.

A Pokemon with the Pickup ability and no held item has a 10% chance each step to find an item. Which item depends on its level: most of the time it comes from the base table, but there is a small (2%) chance of a rarer item instead.
